    1. Delivery Scope (Service Handover)

    All MIMA DIGI services are digital services (no physical delivery), delivered directly via email, Zalo, or customer communication channels.

    Customers register for services directly with sales staff, without logging into the system. The entire transaction, order confirmation, and product handover process is carried out manually – personalized, ensuring clarity and transparency.

    2. Delivery/Handover Method

    After confirming the service order, customers will receive full delivery via the following methods:

    Email: sending files, documents, website information, demo/website/service links…

    Zalo or phone: sending access information, progress reports, content confirmation.

    In person (if needed): for customers in Ho Chi Minh City area or as agreed.

    3. Delivery Time (Service Completion)

    Domain, Hosting 1 – 3 hours after payment confirmation
    Template Website Design 3 – 7 working days
    Custom Website Design 4 – 8 working weeks depending on complexity
    Advertising – SEO Services Launch within 24 – 48 hours
    Custom Software – Web App According to the contract or agreed schedule

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be adjusted based on workload and customer responsiveness (e.g., approving designs, submitting content,...).

    4. Responsibilities of Both Parties

    MIMA DIGI commits to:

    • Delivering the services as committed to the customer.
    • Providing technical support throughout the implementation process.
    • Handing over complete and clear information.
    • Customer responsibilities:
    • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
    • Approving content and responding according to the agreed schedule.
    • Making payments according to the contract or quotation.

    5. Delivery Completion Confirmation

    After completing the service handover, MIMA DIGI will send a confirmation document via email or Zalo including:

    • Information handed over (interface, hosting, domain, source code,...).
    • Access accounts (if any).
    • Admin link and usage instructions (if needed).
    • Warranty/free modification period.
