1. Payment Methods
- Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (recommended)
- Cash directly at the MIMA office or to MIMA staff with a receipt printed with the company logo, confirmed by the company that the receipt number has been provided.
- Payment via e-wallet (if supported)
All payments are issued with VAT invoices upon request and clear service contracts.

3. Deposit and Staged Payment Policy
Depending on the service, MIMA applies the following payment policies:
Website Design Service:
- Deposit 50% upon signing the contract or confirming implementation
- Pay the remaining 50% upon completion of website handover
SEO, advertising, hosting, domain services: Pay 100% before implementation (applies to monthly packages or according to the agreed time)
Logo, profile, map, fanpage design,...
- Deposit 50% upon order confirmation
- Pay the remaining 50% upon product acceptance
Note when paying
- For corporate customers, please provide complete VAT invoice information.
- All transactions are confirmed via email or text/contract.
- For bank transfer payments, MIMA only confirms payment after receiving the full amount in the company's account.

- MIMA is committed to not charging any additional fees outside of the agreed contract or quote.
