Yes. The winner is drawn with crypto.getRandomValues — the browser’s cryptographic random generator — not Math.random. The number is also drawn with rejection sampling, so every name has exactly the same odds and no position on the wheel is favoured.

No, and the design works the other way round: the tool draws the winner first, then computes the stopping angle so the pointer lands on that slice. The spin is presentation only; it does not decide anything.

Yes. Tick "Remove the winner from the wheel" and each name drops off the list once it wins — useful when you are drawing several prizes in a row and nobody should win twice.

There is no hard limit, but past roughly 40 names the labels get cramped and hard to read on a livestream. For very long lists, run several qualifying rounds.

No. The names live only in the text box in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server and nothing is saved — reload the page and it is gone.
